Mikhail Shuranov is one of Ukraine's most experienced communications and corporate affairs executives, with more than 25 years of leadership experience across telecommunications, consumer brands, investment groups, and strategic communications.

Throughout his career, he has led communications functions for some of the country's largest and most influential organizations, including McDonald's Ukraine, Kyivstar, Ukrtelecom, Smart Holding, and currently NEQSOL HOLDING in Ukraine, an international investment group with interests in telecommunications, energy, construction materials, and high-tech industries.

Shuranov is widely recognized for his expertise in corporate reputation management, media relations, crisis communications, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications. He has successfully managed communications during periods of major corporate transformation, market disruption, and national crises, including supporting organizations operating during the full-scale war in Ukraine.

Under his leadership, communications teams and corporate press offices repeatedly received national industry recognition, including the #1 Corporate Press Office in Ukraine award and multiple rankings among the country's best media relations teams. Personally, he has been recognized among Ukraine's leading communications professionals, including being named Corporate PR Professional of the Year and ranked among the country's top communications executives.

In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Shuranov is an active mentor, industry speaker, and advocate for professional communications standards. He holds professional qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR, United Kingdom), the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM, United Kingdom), and the Ukrainian Corporate Governance Academy (UCGA).

Today, as Director of Public Relations for NEQSOL HOLDING in Ukraine, he supports communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives for one of the region's leading international investment groups while continuing to contribute to the development of the communications profession in Ukraine.
