Michael Krivda (Mykhailo Kryvda) is a Ukrainian media executive and digital publishing strategist best known for his long-term leadership of OBOZREVATEL, one of Ukraine's largest online media platforms, now operating as OBOZ.UA. He currently serves as Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) at Membrana Media and is recognized as one of Ukraine's leading experts in digital media monetization, publisher development, and advertising technologies.

Krivda has been involved with the OBOZ media group for more than a decade. As early as 2010, he was serving as General Director of the OBOZ internet holding and played a key role in the relaunch and consolidation of the group's media assets under the Obozrevatel.com platform. Throughout his career, he has held senior executive positions within the organization, overseeing business growth, product development, audience expansion, and commercial strategy.

Beyond his corporate responsibilities, Krivda has been actively involved in shaping Ukraine's digital advertising industry. In 2019, he was elected to the Board of IAB Ukraine, the country's leading digital advertising association.
