Bashir Jabbarov is a student preparing for undergraduate studies in computer science and software engineering, with a strong interest in designing reliable, secure, and socially impactful technological systems.

Alongside his academic studies, Bashir has pursued initiatives that combine technical problem-solving with real-world responsibility, particularly in areas related to public safety, sustainability, and system reliability. He has founded and led the Eco-Diving Youth Center, a youth-led initiative focused on protecting the Caspian Sea through diving, education, and community action. Through this work, Bashir has developed leadership, organisational, and risk-management skills and gained experience coordinating teams in high-responsibility environments.

In 2024, he supported the technical operations of COP29 in Azerbaijan as an IT Support Intern, contributing to the maintenance of digital infrastructure and troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a high-pressure international setting.

Bashir Jabbarov is also actively engaged in research exploring how the evolution of programming languages influences software security and cyber risks, and has contributed to an educational book and mobile app on water safety and emergency response.

Academically, Bashir is particularly interested in computer science and software engineering, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and programming language design.

He aims to study software engineering at a top university to develop a strong theoretical and practical foundation and apply technology thoughtfully to complex real-world challenges.
