Under the construction manager at risk delivery model, the joint venture will assume responsibility for project scheduling, budget controls, and general contracting services. The construction team will oversee preconstruction planning, material procurement, site logistics, and structural erection for the primary stadium structure.

In addition to the main venue contract, JE Dunn Construction has been selected to lead the surrounding multi-acre neighborhood development. This adjacent phase involves constructing mixed-use commercial space, residential units, retail areas, and public plaza spaces integrated into the broader stadium footprint.

The comprehensive real estate plan aims to revitalize the targeted urban district through substantial infrastructure investments, including upgraded transportation access, utility connections, and expanded pedestrian walkways. Developers intend for the surrounding complex to function as a year-round commercial and entertainment hub.

Formal project timelines regarding site preparation, groundbreaking schedules, and finalized architectural designs will be announced as municipal approvals and development agreements move forward.
