Construction teams placed the final structural beam this week to mark the completion of the primary framing phase.

The off-campus residential project relies heavily on mass timber technology, utilizing glued laminated timber columns and beams throughout the framework. The prefabricated components were manufactured off-site and delivered ready for assembly, allowing field crews to erect the structure at a significantly faster rate than conventional concrete or steel framing methods allow.
