Grubb Properties Consolidates Apartment Assets Into New $1.9 Billion REIT

According to reporting from Bisnow, Charlotte-based developer Grubb Properties has bundled several legacy investment funds into the new Link Apartments REIT. The firm recapitalized over 60 properties through a $617 million financing package, which includes funding for a 64-story
